Villa Ophelia is situated in the heart of the Versilia, near all the services in Pietrasanta and Lido di Camaiore, surrounded by greenery with lovely views of the Apuan Alpes, still a short distance to beaches.

The large ground floor has been divided into two daytime areas separated by a small living room; each of these has access to a veranda equipped for outdoor eating, a comfortable solution for groups travelling together but at the same time leaving room for independence if desired.

Internally:
Villa Ophelia spreads over two floors for a total surface area of 300 sq.mts.
On the ground floor, the main entrance leads to the first living area, which accesses a covered veranda equipped for outdoor eating, which enjoys a pool view.

On the same floor there is a vestibule/reading area with access to a double bedroom with shower room en-suite as well as a guest bathroom.

From the living room, via a wooden staircase, we have a mezzanine area with a double bedroom with a shower room en-suite. 

Across the corridor, which starts from the living room, we find a second daytime area, a large and bright living room with a modern kitchen corner, perfectly equipped and a dining area; from here, two large French windows open onto the veranda equipped for outdoor dining.

The stairway in the living area leads to the first floor, where we find a secondary sleeping area made up of two double bedrooms (one with a bathroom en suite), both of which enjoy access to a terrace, a shower room and a twin bedroom.

The Park:
The villa is surrounded by an ample fenced garden maintained with great care.
Access to the property is via an electric gate.
The two dining areas situated beneath the tiled porch, connected directly to the two kitchens, are ideal for Summer evening dining and moments of conviviality.
The pool area is situated to the side of the villa and equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, where guests can relax and enjoy the sunshine in absolute tranquillity.

The pool:
The pool is rectangular measuring 9x4 meters, 1,40 meters deep. There are steps for easy access by all guests.
The solarium area extends around the pool, partially paved and in part a natural lawn. This area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.

The pool will remain open from the last Saturday in April until the last Saturday in October. The pool cannot be heated.

 

Equipment: Air conditioning is in all of the bedrooms and in the living room, wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, inside property parking for cars, electric entrance gate, and private pool.
