That can be picked out and delivered back to our offices in Via Primo Maggio and pre-booked to ensure availability.
Reception service
During the established hours in our Pietrasanta office we guarantee the presence of bi-lingual (English and Italian) staff trained in concierge duties who will provide all the information necessary regarding the rental property and the area together with key deliver to your clients
In Loco services
In the days prior to arrival we will contact your client to establish an appointment in loco, we then show the property to the guest and deliver the keys. At checkout time we meet the client at the property to collect the keys.
Both services are bookable with 7 days’ notice to guarantee the availability.
Check IN from Monday to Saturday between 16.00 and 19.00. Check OUT from Monday to Saturday between 09.30 and 10.00 a.m. Eventual arrivals/departures outside of the above hours must be agreed in written form and may generate a surcharge.
